I saw this recipe on Serious Eats, and it originally came from Giada. However, the people at SE used less oil so I followed their numbers instead. After making the dip, I thought it was so-so, so I added more lemon, balsamic, and salt. Then it was actually pretty tasty! I think I would like it better chilled. It goes well with carrots and pita chips. Not bad for a dip made with spinach and beans.
