Not bad, I loved the idea. I found this recipe on Our Best Bites and The Sisters Cafe. I made these really easy by using store-bought pizza dough and Kraft mozzarella. I definitely think these would have been amazing if I had made my own dough and used cubed (and possibly fresh) mozzarella. Both sides had links to their favorite pizza dough recipe. I might saute some garlic while melting the butter, to avoid using garlic powder.
