Buttermilk ranch

In search of the perfect ranch recipe, I referenced three different recipes. As far as the liquids go, I did about 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup buttermilk. I ended up adding some regular milk to thin it out some. I crushed my one garlic clove with some salt. I added several teaspoons of lemon juice but the end product was a little too lemon-y. White vinegar might be a better acid for my next attempt. I added some chopped parsley and green onion, as well as some dijon. I added dried dill too. I’ll keep playing around with additions – other choices are worchestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic/onion powder, and hot sauce.
