This is a spin on those peanut butter blossoms. I took a small cookie scoop of peanut butter cookie dough, chilled it, rolled it in raw sugar, and baked in a greased mini muffin tin. I baked at 350 for 8-9 minutes. Then when the cookies came out, I pushed a hole (or a thumbprint) in the middle. I filled the hole with chocolate ganache.
