Today I made Giada’s broiled salmon with herb mustard glaze. It was very nice of David to give us some of the salmon he and his dad fished in Alaska. Very tasty, and I really liked the glaze (I added a little honey.) I’ve never cooked salmon before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I think we did pretty well! Raw salmon is not the most fun thing to work with though. Kind of slimy and smelly and the skin is gross. =P But it was still good! Next time I’m making salmon cakes!
