The filling was pretty good, nothing absolutely amazing. I was too lazy to convert the measurements so I just estimated. 1/2 lb mushrooms, 3 handfuls spinach, 3 ish ounces feta cheese. I had a lot of filling leftover about making 3 turnovers that I stuffed. Probably half, maybe a little less because I was nibbling on it. I wasn’t really feeling the puff pastry, it’s just not my favorite ingredient.
